is a film and television actress and a theatre artist. Both her parents, Murari Lal and Raj Gupta were teachers. She completed her graduation from Punjab University, Patiala, in 1988. She is well known for her roles in the films Band Vaaje (2019), Aa Gaye Munde U.K. De (2014) and Kade Haan Kade Naa (2021), Unni Ikki (2019), and Saggi Phull (2018). Apart from these, Sangeeta Gupta has been featured in television serials like Lakeeran, Moh Bhang, and Sanshey. She has also acted in more than 50 plays. She has been honored with several awards for her compelling work in acting and her service to society.
