Prakram Dandona

Prakram Dandona is a professional bodybuilder, MMA fighter, and television personality, known as one of the contestants in the 19th Season of the hit reality show, MTV Roadies in 2023. He is ranked 64 out of 80 in the 2023 Asian South Pro Men’s Lightweight MMA Rankings. He was born on January 25 1995 in New Delhi.  He has a younger brother, Tushar Raj Dandona.  He is a specialized MMA striker and made his debut at Matrix Fight Night 2 and defeated Sandeep Yadav Bio coming soon... >> Read More... in June 2019.  

In 2022, he debuted in the reality show, India’s Ultimate Warrior and subsequently became a contestant in the 2023 MTV Roadies.  There, he impressed the judges with his MMA skills. Prakram Dandona is very passionate about fitness and works out regularly.  He is also an active social media user and posts regularly about his daily life. He is also a dog lover and has a pet bulldog.
