Buddhisena Dayaratne Wickrama, also known as Buddhi Wickrama, is a film theater and television actor from Sri Lanka. He was born on January 19, 1939, in Galle, Sri Lanka. He completed primary education at Heenatigala Shariputhra College and secondary education at Mahinda College. He performed in many stage plays during his school days. He performed in several television dramas like Thara Devi, Suseema, Boomerang Aya, and Amba Yahaluwo. He married Irangani Wannakukorala in 1975. They had a child named Kushlani Wickrama.
Buddhisena Dayaratne Wickrama made his debut with a play titled Magul Mahte. He has also worked as a designer in the Department of Surveys. In addition to that, he joined the drama troupe Kala Pela. His stage plays include Andare, Parasthawa, Kāmarē Porē, Janēlaya, Thotupola, Mehew Lokayak, Kontharē, Manaranjana Weda Warjana, Hotabari Yuddē, Apāyē Avurudu, and Sri Wickrama. He has appeared in several television serials like Kumarihami, Palingu Menike, Thara Devi, Doo Daruwo, Amba Yahaluwo, GamPeraliya, Suseema, and Bawa Tharanga.
