Shankuraj is a singer, songwriter, and composer from Guwahati, Assam. He came to this world on 15thJune, 1991. His birthplace and hometownis Jorhat, Assam, India. He currently resides in Mumbai, India. He is passionate about music and creative work. He likes to explore diverse styles of music around the world. He did his High School at Don Bosco High School. He did his higher secondary from SALT BROOK ACADEMY, DIBRUGARH, and ASSAM.
He finished his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Jorhat Engineering College. He has also studied film and documentary-making at the Centre for Media and Cultural Studies. He Co-founded the Baartalaap Official, a music and film production company. Some of his songs are Ki Bedonate, BhatiyaliXopun, RonoleJau, Hiya Tho, EiPrithibi, Dur Ximonat, XarodiNikha, and more.
