Sanjive Narain is an Assamese film producer with over 28 years of experience in Indian Television and Broadcast Industry. He owns the first news channel Prag News in the Northeast of India. He also owns Prag Play which is an OTT platform, Guwahati Football Club Pvt. Ltd., and Prag Rhinos Cricket Club. He founded A.M. Television Pvt. Ltd., Purvanchal Communication Pvt. Ltd., Axom Communications and Cable Pvt. Ltd., and many more. Narain has produced over 35 movies till now. One of his films ‘Dwaar’, received Filmfare Award three times. He is the President of the Assam Chamber of Commerce. He produced the famous Assamese drama Dooronir Nirola Poja, Leelar Pora Lailaloi, and Marksheet. In 2017, he made Gangs of Northeast, which is a Hindi movie.
