Saza E Ishq is a Pakistani romantic drama TV serial that aired on Express Entertainment. The story is of a girl names Rameen who live with her aunt after the death of her parents. Her aunt has a son named Saim and Rameen is in love with him. They both want to get married but her aunt decides for her to marry Faris. She is not against Saim and Rameen but she does not want people to assume that she got her married to his son for her property or for selfish reasons. Rameen respects her aunt because she took her in after the death of her parents. So, she agrees to get married to Faris which leaves Saim shocked and heartbroken. After their marriage Faris meets with an accidents which leaves him in a state of coma.

Rameen wants to be a dedicated wife and nurses for him day and night. Because of a situation she believes that Faris had died and she falls for Saim again. After getting married to Saim she finds out that Faris did not die and has recovered. This leaves her in a difficult position and she has to make the toughest choice of her life.
