Aaliyah is the most unhappy girl on this earth. Just one night before her marriage, burglars entered her house and stole everything; her happiness, spirit, dignity, and right to be alive. Zinda Dargor, a show about the situation of women and how they’re treated in today’s world of cruelty and sexism, tells the story of a girl named Aliya. Her life turns into a cascade of unfortunate events when a night before she was bound to get married, some burglars break into her house and take everything from her, crushing her dignity and happiness. Mustafa, Aliya’s doctor, tries to help Aliya and continues to do so till the end, while his younger brother Shayan falls in love with Aliya. This love turns into possession and obsession as he seems ready to do anything to have her all to himself. Sonia, Aliya’s best friend, is trusted by no one since she was with her on the night of the unfortunate event and both of these women are labeled impure. Later, Sonia gets courted by Asad and marries him but they continue to have trust issues. Struggling with their depleting marriage, they continue to make vain efforts to find their happiness.
