In this complex tale of love, betrayal, and sacrifice, Tahir and Sobia grow closer to each other, spending time together daily. Seeing Sobia trapped in a tumultuous relationship with Amir, Tahir advises her to leave him for her happiness. However, Sobia refuses, unwilling to abandon Amir in his mentally unstable state. Meanwhile, Asif, a wealthy man, brings Sadaf to his mansion but soon realizes she is unhappy and longs for the love and attention she feels he doesn't provide.

Asif begins to understand Sadaf's perspective and becomes more gentle and caring towards her. Their relationship starts to improve, but tragedy strikes when Asif is shot by the stepson of the previous CEO, who desires Asif's inheritance. Asif is admitted to the hospital where Sobia works as a surgeon, and their paths cross again. Asif develops feelings for Sobia and proposes marriage, but she declines. His bitterness resurfaces, and he blames his mother for his troubles until Sobia reveals that his mother has passed away. Overwhelmed with grief, Asif visits his mother's grave and expresses gratitude for her prayers that have led to his success. However, Asif's renewed encounters with Sobia turn him back into the cold-hearted man he was with Sadaf, leaving her heartbroken. Amir, feeling guilty, requests that Sobia arrange a meeting with Asif to apologize.

Sobia agrees and invites Asif to her house. In an emotional moment, Amir apologizes, but Asif's anger surfaces, blaming Amir and his father for taking everything from him, including his mother. Ultimately, Sobia persuades Asif to forgive Amir and Majid. Tragically, Amir passed away the following day. Four months later, Asif persists in his stubborn pursuit of Sobia now that Amir is no longer in the picture. However, Sobia refuses his proposal yet again. Seeking guidance, Sobia confides in Tahir, who discovers that Asif is already married. Asif becomes enraged when Tahir informs him, leading Sadaf to confront him about Sobia, only to be ignored. Sobia advises Asif to focus on himself and his wife, emphasizing that she cannot marry him while he is still married. Asif persists, pushing Sobia to ask if he is willing to divorce his wife for her.

Believing he has been given another chance, Asif divorces Sadaf and returns to Sobia, declaring his love for her. However, Sobia's anger erupts, and she curses Asif for ruining his life by leaving someone who has known and loved him since childhood. Asif is defeated and leaves, while Sadaf, back in her maternal home, reveals she is pregnant, a secret Asif remains unaware of. Both Asif and Sadaf are left alone, bearing the consequences of their choices.
