Tumhare Husn Ke Naam tells about a romantic and poetic relationship between a poet and his inspiration. The set of the story is the situation in Lahore in 1993. A poet named Sikandar Altaf is very well known for his romantic poetry, and he's versatile in every genre. There's a lady named Salma Qureshi who is a very kind sweetheart and has a simple personality. He is attracted to her and falls in love with her.

Sikandar and Salma are students at the University of Punjab, where they study Art and design. This story defines a true love that crosses every difference and so-called social rules. Their love was beyond this world; it was like the universe made a plan to bring them together. The stars, the moon, and the whole universe wish them to be together happily. Their love was pure bliss and divine. Society doesn't accept their love, but they remain with each other.
