Teri Meri Kahani is a Pakistani romantic family drama TV show that aired on HUM TV. The story of the serial primarily revolves around a girl named Deena who is living in London with her mother. She gets married to a guy named Hamza who is abusive and often abuses her. Having had enough of his actions Deena decides to divorce him and move to Pakistan and live with her father. When she goes back and tells her father about the things she had to go through because of her mother and husband, her father discusses this matter with his friend Shujat. Meanwhile Deena’s younger cousin Fareed begins to fall in love with her.

At the other end, the serial also focuses on the life of another girl named Sofia who lives with her sister and mother. Sofia is in love with Ibrahim who is Shujat’s cousin. They both want to get married but after hearing Deena’s story, Shujat wants his son to get married to Deena. Listening to this Sofia and Shujat’s mother force him to change his decision but in vain. He gets Ibrahim and Deena married leaving Fareed and Sofia heartbroken. How will Deena and Ibrahim deal with sudden situation?
