Mera Khuda Janay is a Pakistani drama serial that aired on 2nd May 2018 and ended on 28th November 2018. The serial was written by ‘Samina Ejaz’ and directed by ‘Zeeshan Ahmed,’ consisting of a total of 30 episodes broadcasted on Geo TV. The serial revolves around the story of a young woman named Roohi. Roohi is portrayed as a kind-hearted and strong woman who is submissive and devoted to her husband Waleed. They have been married for six years. But, even though they have been married for such a long time, they have remained childless.
This has caused major problems in the family and slowly Roohi can see her marriage failing. Her mother-in-law being frustrated with her decides for Waleed and arranges his marriage with another woman named Iqra. This causes a major turn of events in the life of Roohi and Iqra. Iqra is portrayed as yet another young woman who is strong, brave and free-spirited. Will Roohi accept Iqra and how does this arrangement turn for Roohi is what constitutes the rest of the episodes.
