Bari Sahab acts as a central force in the whole plot with her intimidating character after her husband's death. She adored her granddaughter Mannat (Iqra Aziz), whose husband divorced her over the demand of some lands owned by Bari Sahab. Zarnish Khan as Zainab, plays the character of an obsessed annoying girl, but unfortunately her love isn't reciprocated. In these 17 episodes released between 23 july to 26 november 2016, this serial is a blend of realistic family drama with some arrogant characters. There are many moments that show the hidden kindness and empathy behind the arrogance. The story follows twists and turns with misunderstandings and a longing for love between the characters.
