Hazaron Saal is a Pakistani television series based on the passionate and heartwarming love story of Zeba and Mohib. Zeba is a middle-aged college lecturer who has divorced her husband. She has three daughters living abroad. To take a break from her hectic schedule, Zeba goes to Murre, a hill station and there she meets a struggling television writer, Mohib. Mohib falls in love with Zeba the moment he sees her. He confesses his love to Zeba despite being aware of their age difference. After receiving his love confession, Zeba tells him about her past. However, Mohib's feelings for Zeba remain unchanged even after knowing her past and their love begins to bloom. But, their life changes drastically when Zeba meets an accident and goes into coma.

While Zeba is in a coma, Mohib stays by her side and take good care of her. But, difficulties in their love life increase when her ex-husband who is also her doctor renters her life.
