The story happens in a two-story house whose owner is Noshi (Maham Amir). She has rented out her ground floor to Khairan’s family. Lady Khairan (Parveen Akbar) is the head of the family because her husband is always ill and weak. Besides being sickly, Wazeer Ahmed (Shafqat Khan) is rather timid. He does not face his family issues generally handled by his wife.

The couple also has two sons. The younger one is Pyaare (Faizan Sheikh), who loves poetry. The eldest son is Babban (Aadi Adeel), who has a gangster-like persona. Both the boys fall for their young landlady and try to win her heart. A comical situation arises whenever Noshi uses Babban and Pyaare to do something for her in every episode, which makes Khairan mad at her. Both the ladies dislike each other to the core. After some time, Noshi gradually started liking Pyaare. Now, what hilarious turn will this story take? Can the two ladies ever make peace with each other? All these twists and turns add more spice to this entertaining series. This series has two seasons in which the actors’ extraordinary performances have beautified the essence of everything.
