The story starts with Noor. Noor is a simple and obedient young girl. She lives with her stepmother, Aaliya, and her step-sister, Salma. Aaliya and Salma behave harshly with Noor. Aaliya hates Noor as even after her marriage, to Noor's father, his only concern was Noor. Salma hated Noor as she was more beautiful than Salma. Salma and Aaliya do not work but take all the salary of Noor. They make sure that Noor does not miss a work day, as that would reduce her salary. Noor works in an event management team. She meets Zahir at one of her client’s weddings. Zahir and Noor start on the wrong foot. Due to Zahir, Noor lands up in jail as she got accused of stealing the diamond ring of the bride. Noor was humiliated and insulted by Zahir’s family. Zaroon is Zahir’s cousin who saves Noor. The police also caught Aaliya for theft. Noor's family was defamed due to a misunderstanding.

Zahir feels bad for her and apologizes, but Noor does not accept his apology. Zahir falls in love with her and wants to marry her. He goes to Noor’s house to ask her hand for marriage. Noor does not want to marry Zahir. As Zahir comes from a rich family, he gives Aaliya a lot of money in exchange for Noor. Noor always lands in trouble when she meets Zahir, and Zaroon saves her. Destiny makes Noor and Zaroon meet each other again and again. Noor is in love with Zaroon and wants to marry him. But Zaroon humiliates her and refuses by saying their status does not match. These words break Noor’s heart, and she agrees to marry Zahir. Zahir’s family is unhappy with this marriage, as Noor comes from a poor family. They try several plans to keep Zahir away from Noor but fail. Ultimately, Zahir marries Noor and brings her home.

Zahir’s family mistreats Noor from the first day. They treat her like a servant and believe she is just an extra hand in the house. Zahir’s mother and grandmother scheme against Noor to distance her away from Zahir. They want Zahir to marry a rich girl, Sameera. After Noor's marriage, Zaroon realizes he loves Noor as well, but it is too late now. Noor’s sadness brings Zaroon closer to her. But Noor hates Zaroon as he has humiliated Noor before. Zaroon dislikes that Noor is mistreated at home and wants to help her. All these events, question Noor’s loyalty toward her husband, Zahir.
