as Sailaja. Nenu Sailaja is the story of a man who doesn’t believe in love and a woman who is waiting to fall in love. Balu works as a team leader in an Ad agency. He doesn’t let girls join his team. Sailaja is a talented woman who comes from a village to the city for an interview. On her way to the interview, she crosses paths with Balu, and they both do not make a good impression on each other. Later that day, Sailaja gets a job at the same Ad agency as Balu, and the MD appoints Sailaja in Balu’s team. They both work with dislike towards each other.
When they go to a workshop in another city, a man forces himself on Sailaja, but Balu saves her. The man frames them both for prostitution, and with no other way to escape, Balu claims that Sailaja is his wife. The police inspector orders them to get married at the police station. Though their families initially express their disappointment, they announce their marriage and get them married publicly again. They both slowly start developing feelings for each other. Eventually, they get past their differences and start a family. The rest of the serial shows minor inconveniences faced by families.
