Arockiyame Azhagu is an Indian Tamil language health and wellness reality show which was aired for the first time on 24th August 2015. It is produced and telecasted by the IBC Tamil Network and it also streams on the official YouTube channel of the same network. The makers of the show are focused in promoting and inspiring the audience to inculcate good habits of fitness and wellbeing for a healthy and hygienic lifestyle. In each segment of the show, a Dermatologist suggests healthy food habits which help to keep the body in proper shape and a Beautician introduces and demonstrates various types of facial and skin care treatments. In segment 44 of the show, Dr. Tharani Krishnan speaks about five types of food groups and the benefits of their consumption for the human body. Further Beautician Vasunthara demonstrates new types of hair treatment therapies.
