The story revolves around three main characters: Nandhini, a kind-hearted, hardworking, and talented young woman; Arjun, a successful businessman; and Kaavya, Arjun's wife, who is currently struggling with mental health issues. Nandhini and Arjun know each other from childhood, and they are friends, but they have lost touch over the years. After a long period of time, they reunite, and Nandhu becomes a support system for Arjun, who is dealing with his wife's mental health issues. Slowly, they start to spend more time together and develop close friendships, and now Nandhu and Arjun develop feelings for each other, but they try to suppress them due to their loyalty to Kaavya. On the other hand, Kaavya starts to feel insecure, lonely, and isolated. She becomes possessive and tries to manipulate Arjun, causing tension in their relationship and leading to a break between them. Nandhu tries to help Kaavya, but her efforts are misjudged, leading to more conflicts.

Arjun is now in a great dilemma, as he knows how he feels for Nandhini but is deeply worried about his wife Kavya, as her mental health is declining and he wants her to get well but does not feel love for her anymore. Now how will the story move forward? And will Kavya take the wrong steps out of jealousy? Can Nandhini stay loyal? Or will their friendship take a new turn?
