Two people from different backgrounds often make an interesting pair. This story focuses on the life of one such couple. A young and charming girl named Muthazhagu lives in a village. She lives along with her father, stepmother, and siblings. She faces a lot of hardships in her life. She is economically underprivileged and yet bears the responsibilities of her family. She sacrifices her dreams for her family. While she lives a life of this type, another sophisticated boy named Bhoominathan gets acquainted with her. Bhoominathan's mother feels terrible about Muthazhagu's life, and she sometimes supports her. She appreciates her fighting nature. To help her, she gets her son married to Muthazhagu. Bhoominathan and Muthazhagu have different destinations in life. But the marriage closes the distance between them. They start understanding each other. How love blossoms between them are the storyline here.
