Avargal is a Tamil TV series which aired on Vasantham TV. It is now available to watch on my watch. It has a total of 10 episodes. The show explores how different individuals cope with the various circumstances in life. Some joyful, some sorrowful, some violent, some passive. The series revolves around three families. The first couple is Jegan and Meera, who seem to have it all - looks, wealth, and boundless love on the surface. But Jegan constantly flirts with other women without considering his wife. Then there's Arun and Saritha, where the abuse seems to flow the other way around, with Arun being the one who needs shelter from Saritha's violence despite not initiating it himself.
The third pair is Lavanya and Deva. Lavanya is a beauty scared to trust, leaving the question of whether Deva is the right man for her or if she's simply looking for love in all the wrong places. The lives of these three families are witnessed through the eyes of Selvam, a man who came to Singapore to make a living but instead ended up forging deep soulful connections. His stay is dramatic, passing through different stages of conflicts with these people. While the good times with Jegan, Arun, and Lavanya leave great memories on Selvam.
