The story follows a singer who forgot his roots and first wife and child back in his village after becoming famous. He remarried a rich girl and lived luxuriously until he fell ill, lost his career, and was abandoned. His first wife, whom he left behind, went insane. Her daughter Saku was raised by an aunt and uncle in the village. When the singer Malaka returns, revealing his illness, the first wife miraculously recovers. But things get complicated when Malaka's second wife returns seeking revenge.
