It started airing on 4^th January 2017 and ended on 8^th March 2019.

Lara and Dinka are friends living in a slum. These unemployed men noticed two men in a motorcycle, throwing a briefcase. Lara and Dinka took the briefcase and hid it. Later it was revealed that the briefcase had money robbed from a bank. The robbers were arrested, but the cops were unable to find the money. They decided not to use the money until the news about the robbery settled down. Lara meets Abhisheka, a wealthy girl. He introduces himself as Lala and not Lara. Lara doesn’t know that the money robbed belongs to Abhisheka’s father, Victor Dunuwila. Ranjith, a pickpocket, doubts Lara and Dinka for hiding something. Ranjith loves Lara’s sister, Aruni, a widow.

Soon, the robbers were released, and they decided to find out the money, which they threw in the slum. Soon, Ranjith finds that Lara and Dinka have the money and make a deal with them. Soon, Lara and Dinka are arrested and Abhisheka hates Lara. However, it was discovered that the money was counterfeit, and Abhisheka’s father was arrested. Soon, Lara finds out that the robbery was planned by Dilan, Abhisheka’s boyfriend. Dinka exposes Dilan and his agent, who worked as a servant in Abhisheka’s house. In a turn of events, Dilan shoots Abhisheka and escapes with the help of Napoleon, his friend in the robbery. Abhisheka expresses her love for Lara, but he rejects her, citing their family backgrounds. To everyone’s shock, it was Dinka who changed the real money to counterfeit money. As Lara rejected her proposal, Abhisheka moved abroad with her family. Lara and Ranjith were arrested. What happened next? The rest of the story deals with Lara and Abhisheka’s lives.
