. The show aired in 1984 and continued for a year up until 1985. Both Ramesh Bhatkar and Reema Lagoo played their roles as renowned criminals while Nana Patekar was cast as a police inspector. The show is like any other crime fiction like Sherlock Holmes or Bomkyesh Boksi but with its own twist. The serial begins with Nana Patekar in the police station being called in by the department head and then proceeds from there. A crime scene where a woman had been brutally stabbed to death and then crucified to death steals the attention of the inspector who soon begins a hunt for the criminal. How the simple hunt for a criminal leads to darker secrets and a sinister plot is what constitutes the rest of the serial.
