Nana o Nana is a Marathi comedy serial based on an elderly couple, Nana and his wife, Kadambari. This fictional story is a humorous depiction of Nana's life as he encounters trivial situations in his daily life. His character is played by the legendary actor Ashok Saraf. This serial is filled with laughter, family moments, and morals. The show starts with Nana teasing his wife about her Mother, but his little tease worked like needles, which left her aggrieved. As a result, he gets locked out of his house. Will he be able to persuade Kadambari? Nana takes help from his friend, Datya, to enter the house, but then they encounter a Goddess devotee who tries persuading them to change their mind.

Nana and Datya are annoyed when a young married couple visits them. They conspire to get them kicked out of the house. Nana's innocence and his friend's enthusiasm in supporting him are heartwarming. One day, when Nana visits his former workplace, his colleagues make fun of him, and even a peon insults him. It made him emotional, and he wasn't able to cheer himself up. Eventually, he realized what makes him truly happy. He shouldn't pay attention to those negative people. He excitedly made a non-veg meal for the children living at his residence, keeping all of it a secret from her wife. How will Nani react after learning about Nana's special dinner? The show is full of heartwarming moments and occasional pushes and pulls between the elderly couple.
