The Channel V show, which went on air on May 22nd, 2011, featured eight couples going on an adventurous voyage from Khajuraho to Kathmandu, testing their compatibility along the journey as they perform tasks; undergo odd jobs across small villages and crack clues.

The winning couple got the coveted title of the Perfect Couple and a world tour package too. It was an exciting show, covering the journey of the couple that spans 1,500 km long from Khajuraho to Kathmandu. During their journey did they give up or fall apart?

Did adversity bring them closer or tear them apart; this was the logic behind this reality show. Hemant –Rinni won Channel V Perfect Couple contest. The first episode connected the viewers with an introduction of the show.

Karan introduced the 8 couples who would be the participants of the show and they were as follows - Malvika & Namesh, Rinni & Hemant, Samiksha & Tehshwar, Manpreet & Vikash, Taru & Sanjay, Purnima & Arun, Priyanka & Meraj, Homi & Yash. First four couple got an AC bus to reach their destination. There was a puzzle test for each contestant.
