Mausam is a television show telecasted on Zindagi( originally released by “Hum Tv”). Mausam is a television serial drama which is based on the theme of love and jealousy. The story moves around two cousins (Shazia and Saman) who abode together in a house and share an inseparable bond. They belong to a middle-class family while their dreams are above the line. The story moves smoothly as you virtualise the ravishing and deep bond that these cousins share, (put it up like- Sisters from different mothers). They cook food in the kitchen and run around the house.

They share their dresses and their make-up kit and crack jokes and discuss boys! The twist of the plot takes place when both cousins fall for a rich guy, Hasir. The highly ambitious Shazia wishes to marry Hasir and dreams a lavish life together. The picking up story then moves up to a love triangle with Hasir falling in love with a modest Saman. The relations gloom over as Shazia manipulates her way to marry Hasir. Hasir wide eyed-ly look through the sharps and blunts of falling desperate for love and feel at heart for Saman for letting it put through.

Saman, with eyes blinded by tears still in the thought of the inseparable bond that they shared, is a heart-whelm! The ending that’s still lying for us is in the mist! A blend of touchy dialogues and tinges of warmth and coldness of the relationship is crispy. The typical triangle love story stands out to answer the question that has been lingering overages. : “How miserable are you in love?” You may put up Shazia as a villain or Saman as the heroine, but what it still evolving is both have hearts and fall in love and are tender. It is just a cruel reply to let go of your love. Supposedly, that’s what Shazia is upto. Only the harm is that she is a bit too violent! Who do you think- Shazia or Saman? Accolades “Mausam” has been highly appreciated for its cast and the wonderful script writing.

The TV serial had been nominated for the 3rd Hum awards under the category “Best Drama Serial by Popularity.” Ahshan Khan, “Hasir” was awarded as the “Best Actor Serial Critics” at the 3rd Hum awards.
