Rajveer Singh is the son of Saguna and Dharamveer. Rajveer has done a Masters’s in Agriculture. Swati is Dharamveer and Saguna'sdaughter. Ramfal is the neighbor of Dharamveer family. Shakuntala is Ramfal's wife. Fool Singh is Ramfal and Shakuntala's son. Jholu Mama is the brother-in-law of Ramfal. The serial starts with the introduction of all the members of the village. Manju, KishoriLaal, Gulaab, etc are the other members of the village. Mr.Chaudhary is making the people of his village sign a contract that allows solar energy usage. Out of 150 people, 80 people have already signed the contract. People are still confused that the sun is available just during the day and the electricity is needed in the nighttime.

So how will this solar system help them? If all the villages did not sign the petition, the villager would not get the subsidy, i.e., financial help from the government. The Chaudhary family lives together. Rajveer's grandfather, i.e. the eldest Chaudhary, is the main member of the family. Swati goes to college along with her friends. But someone messages her poem and has her name tattooed on a tree. She starts getting random calls from her stalker. Swati gets a message from her stalker to meet her as he wants to tell her his feelings. Swati gets frightened. Ramfal has a drinking problem. Even the food he is eating is not working on his body. His wife asks Durga for a solution. She promises to send Mr.Chaudhary to meet Ramfal. Some people in the village spite Ramfal's family against Chaudhary's family. Mr.Chaudhary is a patriotic man who loves his village. He is doing everything in his power to bring progress to the village. Rajveer is a studious boy.

He asks for money from his grandfather to bring books. He got homesick the last time he went to study out of his village. So he has decided to study at home. His mother brings him food and advises him to focus on his studies. Meanwhile, Ramfal tries to commit suicide as he thinks Chaudhary is duping him of his land. But his wife saves him and threatens to kill herself if he tries to do this again. Chaudhary comes and promises to help him. He scolds Ramfal for even thinking about committing suicide. Chaudhary appreciates his grand-daughter for teaching her stalker a lesson. He asks her why she did not tell her brother, father, or even him about her problem. She tells him that she was afraid that they would stop her from going to college, thinking it is her mistake. But Swati has lied. She is still getting messages from her stalker Manav that he will commit suicide if she refuses to meet him.
