So, he further meditated and enlightened to bring Narad- Epitome of Devotion and Daksh- People faithful ruler to father Human race and preach them about religion, knowledge, and duty, also Kamdev- Lord of love to bring mutual attraction between man and woman. Lord Brahma is still puzzled with his creation and trying to find a solution; he pleads Lord Shiv for help. He says Brahma to understand the difference between man and woman. Lord Brahma remains surprised watching Shiv in half-man half-woman form (Ardhnagishwar), and he comes to know that Shakti is also a form of Shiv to satiate the living beings, Shakti says that on Shiv’s wish and command Shakti takes on different incarnations based on purposes.
Lord Brahma requests them to commence the pastimes for the welfare of people, and they accept it. Lord Shiv in his Rudra form lives in Kailash being an ideal saint and Shakti as a daughter of King Daksh, and accordingly, Brahma creates the first man named Manu to lead human race and first woman Kshatrupa to accompany him.
