In the serial, there is a Dr. named Saachi Mishra who is played by Swarda. She joins the Savitri Devi College and hospital to do her MBBS. The college is owned by Dr. Anand Malhotra. She has no idea that Dr. Anand and her dad were business partners and the hospital is built on his dad’s land. Anand has a son named Veer, played by Varun Kapoor, and a daughter named Priya. His first wife is dead in the serial and he is married to another woman. He has another daughter with his second wife. His first wife was named Savitri, and the hospital is named after her. Saachi’s mother Jaya, was the best friend of Savitri.

In the hospital, Dr. Veer is an intern. Saachi also gets admission in the college as an intern and starts working there. Later, Saachi learns that Savitri is alive and has been in a coma for the past fifteen years. She gets to know that Savitri is in the hospital where they work. While searching for Savitri, she gets to know about the past of her father and Anand. She tries to reveal it but has no proof. She wants to collect all the proof and to do that, she needs Savitri. Later, Veer and Saachi fell in love, and they wish to marry. When Veer finds out that his mother is alive, he gets her best medical attention possible. She is now out of a coma and ready to reveal Anand’s all evil deeds.
