. She is a very ambitious young girl who believes in true love. She has a very good friend, Ayushmaan Bhargav. She is attached to him. They grew up together, being childhood friends. Ayushman fell in love with Kavya, but Kavya never realized it. But the show’s plot changes when a rich guy, Karan Pratap Singh, enters Kavya's life. There comes a love triangle in their lives. Kavya gets confused about her relationship with both of them, and after a lot of thinking, she weds Karan. Before marriage, Karan makes Kavya believe that he is a very good guy, but after marriage, the real truth about him comes in front of Kavya. It creates problems in her life. She is heartbroken but Ayushmaan comes back into her life and supports her. Through this, Kavya realises that the one who truly loves her is not Karan but Ayushmaan. Simultaneously, the question pops up in the show whether Ayushmaan could get Kavya out of her troubles.
