Ambika is Rajgaur family’s eldest daughter-in-law. Hetal, the youngest daughter-in-law of the family, wants to get out of the family to lead a nuclear family, complaining that the daughter-in-law was never treated like a daughter in that family. To prove to her that she is wrong, Ambika adopts Kesar and raises her as her daughter to get Kesar married to her son, Suraj. To keep them separated for a few years, Ambika sends Suraj to London for his studies. Initially, Kesar was a mischievous girl. After learning about Ambika’s vow, she decides to fulfil it. In a turn of events, many in their family turn against Kesar, as she found their guilt and revealed it.
