The series is also available on Sony Liv and YouTube. This series successfully ran for three seasons. The first one focused on the work-in-progress relationships of the lead characters. However, the second and third seasons were all about their maturation and understanding.

Devrath “ Dev Click to look into! >> Read More... ” Dixit (Shaheer Sheikh) lives with his mother and three younger sisters. After the untimely death of his father, his mother, Ishwari, has single-handedly brought up her four children. Due to this fact, Dev feels indebted to his mother and deeply venerates her. Now, he has become a successful business tycoon who is a workaholic, short-tempered, and kind. Neha, one of the sisters, feels that her mother had been partial to her children and gave all the opportunities to her only son. One day, she pours all her resentment on her mother, who faints after hearing such harsh words. Dev calls a doctor, who suggests a nutritional consultant, Dr. Sonakshi Bose since his mother lacked proper nutrition.

Now, Dr. Sonakshi or Sona (Erica Fernandes) is a quick-witted and lively young doctor who hails from a Kolkata-based family. Dev hires Sona to take care of his mother’s health. Ishwari and Sona forge a sweet bond, and the health of Ishwari improves. However, Sona and Dev started on the wrong foot and misunderstood each other. Gradually, they become closer and fall in love. But Ishwari was against their relationship because of her insecurities. So Dev, who is highly devoted to his mother, leaves Sona heartbroken. However, he cannot forget her and becomes sad. Ishwari realizes that Dev cannot be happy without Sona and hesitantly agrees to their marriage.

Dev and Sona start their happy married life. On the other hand, Ishwari is still unhappy and thinks that Sona has replaced her in Dev’s life. Later, Vicky and Radharani create many misunderstandings between the duo, making Sona leave the house. Vicky also tricks a drunk Dev into signing some papers, creating an even bigger rift between Sona and Dev. The couple meets at a farmhouse, argues bitterly, and part ways.

The series then fast-forward to 7 years later. Sona has become a successful businesswoman and the mother of a 6-year-old Suhana. On the other hand, Dev has become a Casanova, oblivious about his daughter. Sona shifts to Delhi due to some work. She unknowingly ended up buying a portion of Dev’s office. Eventually, Dev finds out about his daughter and becomes a loving father. Dev and Sona decide to stay together for the sake of their daughter. Soon, they realize their mistakes and forgive each other. Finally, Ishwari also lets go of his biased views and accepts Sona wholeheartedly. Dev also throws Vicky out of his house after knowing everything. Later, Sona becomes pregnant and gives birth to a baby boy, Shubh. The family becomes overjoyed and also forgives a changed Vicky after he apologizes for his deeds.

After this, the series explores the life of Sona and Dev post-birth of their second child. Dev temporarily quits his work to let Sona chase her dreams. However, this change does not sit well with Ishwari. Dev becomes a househusband, and Sona becomes a working woman. They again face new challenges as parents and overcome them. Later, Dev becomes an RJ, and the family celebrates his success. The series ends on a happy note as Shubh says Maa-Papa the very first time.
