Though she allied to Islamic family, her parents had given her freedom, and she grew up as a broad-minded person. She meets Tarik through Facebook. They become very close friends. Tarik starts liking her. On the other side of the show, Sikandar and Shabnam are best friends. For Shabnam, Sikandar is more than a best friend. She starts loving him, but will never express it. Days pass and Sikandar happens to meet Haseena.

He will fall for her beauty. Later, they get married. Shabnum gets hurt, but then she recovers it by shifting her house. In the beginning, everything will be fine between them. Then Tarik starts threatening and troubling Haseena. This is the sign of disturbance in the equilibrium and happiness between the newly married couple. Tarik starts following Haseena, calls frequently to the landline phone of the house, starts coming to her house when Sikandar leaves to the office. Haseena keeps this matter away from Sikander fearing what he might think about her. She fears for losing his love. Tarik continues his cheap activities which turn out to become a big problem. Finally, Sikandar gets to know about this and warns Tarik and Haseena. Even after this, Tarik never stops his dirty tricks.

Again Haseena commits the same mistake of keeping this matter away from Sikandar. After few days Sikandar gets to know about this. He is too frustrated on Haseena. He goes upto the extent of divorcing her. He will send her back to her parent's house. Everyone are sad in the family. At this point of time, Haseena becomes pregnant. Meanwhile, Sikandar is leaving to London on work. Sikandar’s parents inform him about Haseena’s pregnancy. Hearing this Sikandar returns to Haseena and seeks an apology. Everything becomes fine for sometime. But fate always plays with this couple. At some point of time, Haseena’s family members misunderstood Sikandar and Shabnam’s relationship as they would meet in the beach every morning.

But Haseena will not fall to that as she is sure about Sikandar and Shabnum’s relationship. Again problem arises in their life. Sikandar is a very social and friendly person. He respects and gives more importance to his employer, MS. Preethi Mehra. As days pass Sikandar is overloaded with office works. He comes home late. He does not spend much time with Haseena. During any function in the house, Sikandar would run in between if he would get a call from MS. Mehra. Haseena is hurt by Sikandar’s behavior. Insecurities start growing in her. She starts fighting with Sikandar for each and every matter. She starts linking up every move and work of her husband with ms. Mehra. Perturbation starts growing. Peace, happiness, charm vanishes in their life.

One should realize that fate can never be bad always. Every problem has a solution. On the other side, Shabnum and Adil fall in love and gets married. Shabnum has to face her mother-in-law’s trouble and taunts. Her mother-in-law is stereotype lady. She restricts Shabnum in each and every step. But Shabnum never gives up. With Adil’s love, she stands up against the narrow thinking of her mother-in-law. In the show, she is the face for breaking the stereotype society. In a nutshell, it is a story of the couple (Sikandar and Haseena) who intensely love each other, but circumstances never play in their favor because of their constant fights.
