In the first season, the lead characters were introduced to the audience.

The second season picks off from where the previous season ended. Anuj tries everything in his power to release Gauravi from jail. However, everything is not rosy in their lives. Eight months after bailing Gauravi, the couple decides to get a divorce. Their lives keep on taking strange twists as Shreya and Rishi return. Anuj and Gauravi announce their pregnancy. Anuj is stressed out after he loses an important contract and Gauravi suffers a devastating miscarriage. Difficult circumstances put their relationship to the test. Appearances of their past exes threaten to drive a wedge between them. At the end of this season, Anuj and Gauravi try hard to come to a solution that will help them reconcile the differences between them.
