Takkabur is a Pakistani drama that started airing on A Plus on 23rd July 2015.
Mehru is the daughter of Hakeem Ahmed. Hakeem is an egoistic man who has debts. He is afraid of losing his properties due to his debts. Asad is Mehru’s cousin. He loves her and dreams of marrying her. As he is of dark complexion, Hakeem rejects him. He frequently arranges for a bride seeing event, and Mehru hates it. Hakeem’s idea is to get Mehru married to a wealthy family and solve all his financial issues. He just uses her as a pawn, which hurts her. Who will Mehru marry and how will her life be?
