Plot

The film is about a group of seven friends. There are five boys and two girls in this group: Vashikaran, Tony, Saketh, Kamaraju, Pragna, her boyfriend Ashrith, and Stella. Vasi (Vashikaran), one of the boys in this group, plans to rape and kill a foreign girl named Stella.

He draws up a brief plan with the other boys and kills Stella. However, one of the girls in the group, Pragna, sees Vasi and his friends doing this crime. Since Pragna becomes a witness to this crime, Vasi and his friends kill Pragna too. A case is registered against Vasi and his friends, and a police officer named Nayak (Narsing Makkala) is assigned to duty to catch these criminals. Will Nayak be able to hunt Vasi and his friends and put them in jail? Will he be able to bring justice to Pragna? What other things will these criminals do to run from Nayak?

Star Performance

Narsing Makkala’s acting and dialogue delivery is excellent. Though all the actors playing the criminal role are newcomers, they executed their roles very well. Shubhangi Pant and Sophiya Singh also did everything required.

Analysis

The film "Super Sketch" is a cop-culprit film. The cop, Nayak, is perfect in his role. The way he does his investigation and his Telugu slang are plus points for this film. How drug addicts behave in the real world is perfectly showcased in the film. As a suspense movie, there are not many twists in the film, which makes the film less impressive and unengaging.

What’s There?

Excellent performance of Narsing Makkala. His Telugu accent makes the film interesting.
The camera work is good.
Realistically shown drug addicts in the real world.

What’s Not There?

The music and background score is below average.
Disappointing Narration by Director Ravi.
No major twists in the film.
Weak editing

Verdict

Super Sketch has a weak screenplay, editing, and direction. Being a suspenseful crime thriller movie, there are no major twists in the film, which is very disappointing for the viewers. The film is impressive in bits and pieces. The supporting actors are newcomers and take time to adjust to the film. But people will love Narsing Makkala’s acting and his language.
