Plot
Kasi, Vasu and Madhu are close friends. They all wanted to reach a decent height in their life but had been deceived by someone. Kasi got a loan to go abroad. But, as the consultant cheated him, he had to pay all the debts. As he has no job and money, Kasi thinks narrowly to earn quick money. So, he involves in cricket betting and earns Rs. 1.7 crores. But, fate brings a huge twist in his life. How will he get the money and settle in life? The answer forms the rest of the story.
Star Performance
Naveen Chandra is decent in his role and expressed well. Chandini and Rakendu had done a good job. Ajay is good as usual in his cop role.
Analysis
The film has a good screenplay and is narrated quite well. The story is set in a one-day backdrop and hence the thrills and twists are more than enough for such a thriller. Although some characters live shortly on screen, their characterization is gripping and supports the story, especially Praveen and Harsha’s roles. The cinematography and BGM are good. There are no songs in the film, which is both a positive and negative aspect in the film. As there are no songs, it looks like a non-commercial and at the same time, if there had been a couple of songs, there might have been some relaxing time for this tough cat and mouse game.

Super Over might not be a super-duper movie, but it could be definitely watched once, as it has good thrills and twists to make the audience watch it with interest.
