Plot: Surya is a Ph.D. student who is working on the authenticity of ghosts in the modern world. One fine day, he meets an attractive looking girl called Swapna and falls in love with her. As time flies by, some terrifying incidents start taking place. Surya gets to know that the damsel that he is in love with is actually a ghost in disguise. What should he do now? What was Swapna's motive in luring Surya into her love? What is Swapna’s history-background? To get the answers to your queries, one needs to watch the film on the silver screen.
Analysis: Interval impact is good up to some extent and properly executed. Rani Gari Bangla has no scary inputs at all. The story does not have a smooth flow as extraneous comedy sequences were thrown in between the story, much to the audience irritation. The creators fail to utilize the charm of Rashmi as she was totally wasted in the film. Camera work is quite ordinary and so is the editing. Production values are flat as it seems a clear B grade product.
Director Diwakar missed out on the better extraction of talent from his actors. Even if he had a better point on paper, execution wise, he has tormented the film with his slapdash narration. Describing in simple words, Rani Gari Bungalow is an absurd tale of horror. Except for Rashmi's charm, this film has absolutely nothing to present and is a complete wastage of your time.
Star Performance: Rashmi is the only show-stealing factor. Rashmi has executed her part to the best of her abilities and created an impression. Jabardasth Appa Rao is very great in his comic role.

evokes a few laughs as Rubber Singh. The second half is a little better when compared to the first. The sequences featuring Rashmi as ghost saw proper execution.
According to the casting view-point, Anand is a huge disappointment. He needs a lot of practice as there is absolutely no easiness in his body language. Even though there were some comedians, none of them managed to reach the required extent.
What’s there? The film is worth only for the same Rashmi's skills otherwise the film is a mess. None of the aspects can save it from sinking at the box office.
What’s not there? Nothing is there; that can make you sit through the movie hoping for more. It will be one hell of time if you dare to watch it.
Verdict:Â You can spare yourself the torture and can rest peacefully ignoring this one.
