Plot
Chakri is from a village in Rayalaseema, and now he is working for an IT company. He stays with his friends in Hyderabad. Satya, a girl from Chakri’s village, comes to Hyderabad in search of a job. Chakri helps her get a suitable job. Soon, they fall in love with each other. All of a sudden, Satya quits her job and moves back to her village. After knowing this, Chakri follows her to the village. He tries to contact her through his friend, Srinu, an electrician. Padma and Koti are husband and wife. Koti is a drunkard. Prasad, a bank manager who had some unwanted issues with the villagers, has become a drunkard. What’s the link between all these people? How will their issues be solved? The rest of the story discusses the relationships, issues, and solutions.
Star Performance
Praveen delivered a decent performance despite being a debutant. He is good at romance and action sequences. Sashika delivered what was expected from her. Ashu Reddy, Muralidhar Goud, Mahesh Vitta, and Madhunandan did justice to the given roles.
Analysis
The first half is spent on the characters’ establishment and the romance between the lead pair. The second half has some challenges faced by the protagonist and how he solves them. The second half has some emotional elements, too. Though there are comedy elements not all of them work out. A few characters are developed well, and some are underdeveloped. The leads’ chemistry works out well. The cinematography is okay, and the editing could have been crisper. The BGM is above average.
