Plot
Basava is a stunt double working in films. As he was in need of money, he and his friend, John, entered a wedding place and stole the bride’s jewels. While they were on their way to escape from the cops, they saw Agraharam Geetha, who met with an accident. They took her in their car and reach a place called Bhairavakona. The place looked strange and they met Dr Narappa for Geetha’s treatment. What made them reach Bhairavakona? Why did Basava steal the jewels? All these questions are answered in the rest of the film.
Star Performance
Sandeep Kishan excelled well in the role of Basava. His dialogue delivery, mannerisms, and the body language are neat. Kavya Thapar’s role is solid and her performance is solid, too. Varsha Bollamma is okay in her role.
Analysis
The film has a lot of emotions, but some didn’t work well, especially the scenes between Sandeep and Varsha. Their romance chemistry didn’t work well. Also, Varsha’s role is underwritten. The film starts on a fun note, and the director brings the actual story while the film is nearing the interval. The fun elements are neatly penned and they worked well. Thrilling moments are the important ones in thriller films, and that’s highly missing here. The songs didn’t make any significant impact. The second half is not penned well, and it is rushed, and the climax was not shot well.

Verdict
With some good performances and fun elements in the first half, the director tried to make a gripping supernatural thriller with comedy elements. Though he didn’t give a complete entertainer, the film is watchable, once!
