Plot

Arjun and Vijay are the best pals. While Arjun wants to lead an honest life, Vijay wants to become a police officer and grab money from the smuggling groups. Smitha pursues her graduation at a law college, and she wants to spend her life with Arjun. Mahalakshmi is a classical dance teacher who loves Vijay. Chenchu is a smuggler, and Dhanunjay is a gangster. Gooni Babji, Dhanunjay’s elder brother, wants to be respected like his brother. When Vijay started doing as he wishes, Arjun took the responsibility to correct all. Will they have a good future? The rest of the film deals with the answer.

Star Performance

Siddharth has done a decent job and fits well in the role. Sharwanand seems to be comfortable in his role. Aditi is perfect in her role and attracts the audience with her beautiful expressions. Anu Emmanuel didn’t have much to perform. Rao Ramesh has done a different role in his career and impressed us.

Analysis

The screenplay doesn’t have any unique twists and turns, and almost all the twists and suspense are open and predictable. However, the film has all the elements, including friendship. Love, emotions, and underworld, nothing seems to have been projected well. The music by Chaitan is good. The cinematography is neat. The story is simple, but it eats a lot of running time. If the length had been trimmed, it would have been better. The notable point is that the director and his team had shown a huge interest in the background and character detailing.

The film has a few plus points and some minus points. Although there is no depth in the story and execution, the actors impress us with their natural performances. Maha Samudram – watchable once!
