Plot
The film revolves around Kuriakose, a village boy who lives with his parents in Swargakunnu. He has no siblings, and his parents are farmers. His parents raised him with full care and affection, but he is a coward. Whenever he hears bad news about someone, he gets frightened and upset. He neither works nor goes out of his house.
One day, he gets to know about the death of his classmate, Biju. He is shocked and frightened by this news. He thinks that his BP and cholesterol are high, and to lower this, he makes a juice out of chilies which he saw in an advertisement and a health magazine. He falls ill after drinking this juice. He runs away from his home due to fear of death and pressure from his family.
Where will Kuriakose go? Will his parents search for him? What else is he going to experience after running from home? Is he mentally upset?
Star Performance
Rajeesh Puttad, who played the role of Kuriakose, delivered a fabulous performance. His dialogue delivery is superb. He showed all the characteristics of a psychopath. Sindhya Viswanath, who played the role of Sandhya, perfectly executed her role. Her chemistry with Kuriakose at the film’s end is sweet and beautiful. The rest of the cast gave okayish performances.
Analysis
The film is full of suspense, thriller, and psychological elements. The second half of this film is unexpected and very entertaining. The cinematography and music are also good, considering the film’s budget. The acting of the lead cast is the real strength of the film. Overall, it is a good psycho-thriller film.
