Varun Sarin is one of the leading writers and Sia is an aspiring lawyer. The common thing in both of them is their single mothers. Varun doesn’t have any grip on the relationships. Sia is just the opposite and deals with relationships with a matured mentality. Varun and Sia decided to be friends for the rest of the week, except for Tuesdays and Fridays and on those two days, they planned to be lovers. What life teaches them and how long will their relationship work? Was their relationship accepted by their families? The answers form the rest of the story.
Anmol and Jhataleka had given decent performances. The mother roles are given to talented actresses and they had done it honestly. Jhataleka's chemistry with Niki is perfect. The rest of the stars supported them as far as they could.
The director has come with a new concept for dating. Although it looks weird, he has managed to engage the audience with his screenplay. Yet, some characters and their stories should have been developed well. A lot of characters are involved and that should have been minimized a bit. The music is not much impressive. For the romantic tracks, people expect something soothing to the ears and that is missing here. The camera work and editing are decent.
What’s Not There?
The film comes with a proportion of pluses and minuses. For the lead stars' decent performance and the strong backup by the senior stars, the film is watchable once!
