Plot

) comes to India with a multimillion dollar project to place a power plant based in London in the rural regions of Maharashtra. Being the CEO of the company run by her father, Mike Rajan (

), she organizes a meeting between her father and Hassan Qazi(Govind Namdeo), a seemingly shady advisor and facilitator. Qazi asks the Rajans to seek help from the Nagre family, especially Subhas Nagre, who is also called the Sarkar. Even though initially Subhas disagrees to the project due to the terms of relocating the 40,000 villagers of the Thakerwadi region, the far-sighted son Shankar, later on, convinces his father to accept, and this leads to political mayhem.
Analysis:
Typical to a Ram Gopal Verma movie, there is an excessive amount of darkness and plot twists. The story revolves around Subhas and his hierarchy. It's a movie on the patriarchal character of Subhas Nagre and his politics. Subhas claims to be a Gandhian, but there is an excessive amount of killings and bloodshed in the movie.
Star Performances
The characters are justified as each play with ease and enthusiasm. Amitabh Bachchan, as usual, is amazing with his dreamy looks and heavy voice and Junior Bachchan too played the angry young man role with fluency. Even though Aishwarya has not much to do as the London returned NRI with father issues she does a commendable job. The supporting characters including

What’s there?
• A very watchable plot twist which makes the movie filled with thrill until its end.
• The political situation in India during a controversial moment is well shown.
What is not there?
• The movie is full of confusion due to its different subplots
• Anita’s role is not worth as there is not much to do other then romancing and crying.
• Bad screenplay.
Verdict
Even though it’s not as good as the prequel Sarkar, it’s worth giving a try. It is a well-casted movie with good acting by the artists.
