Plot
Vijay Borade is a professor in a college handling sports. Although he retires from his profession, he is in no mood to rest. He takes classes at home free of cost. Vijay was impressed by the street kids, who play football in the streets. Those kids are involved in crime and addicted to drugs unwantedly. When Vijay started coaching them, their life began to move in a new perception. However, Vijay gets opposition from his house. How did he manage it? Was he successful? The rest of the film deals with Vijay’s effort to set up an NGO for football.
Star Performance
Amitabh excelled as Vijay, the energetic and selfless sports professor. Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar did whatever was asked by the director in the limited screen time. The kids did an exciting job.
Analysis
The first half moves slowly, and the second half has some interesting elements that impress the audience. The screenplay and execution are pretty decent. The BGM is good, and the visuals are impressive. Though Amitabh carries out the film, the director has given some vital roles to the upcoming actors to step in with a biggie movie. The characterization is impressive, especially the Big B’s. Amitabh should be appreciated for choosing these kinds of roles that make the directors execute what they want to and set an example for fellow actors to choose performance-oriented roles.
