Plot
Bandaa Singh Chaudhary and Lalli are married. They have a daughter. Due to the militants’ threats and opinion differences, Bandaa’s friendship with his dear friend is affected. ISI militants entered India to get revenge over Bangladesh’s separation from Pakistan. When his community is forced to evacuate the town, Bandaa denies vacating and fights against the perpetrators. What happens next? The rest of the story speaks about Bandaa’s bold decision and its effects.
Star Performance
Arshad Warsi is impressive in the role of Bandaa. He shared a good chemistry with Meher Vij and delivered powerful performances. Shilpi Marwaha got a very less screen time but has left a good impact. Jeeveshu Ahluwalia has given a decent performance.
Analysis
The film speaks about the socio-political issue. The script should have a little more depth. The narration is not gripping. However, the performances of the stars supported the film elevate well. The songs are good and have a Punjabi flavour. The action choreography is excellent. The visuals are pretty decent. The editor could’ve trimmed certain scenes a bit.
