Adi Rukan is the main character in the documentary, his brother got murdered during the genocide, so the documentary is about him being an optometrist who interviews the perpetrators and how he confronts the perpetrators who are responsible for this crime and understand the psychology behind the mind of killers.
Plot
The documentary is about Adi Rukan's journey and how his brother's death impacted his life. Adi's family lives in a village where the killer is in power and is considered to be a god-like hero. So Adi being an optometrist, meets the perpetrators, using this as an opportunity to interview the killers and confront the killers. He talks about their actions and their impact on the victims and survivors' families. The plot shows a lot of footage. , videos and interviews to listen to the killers and how they boast about their crimes, and recount the details without any guilt or shame.  With this knowledge, he tries to understand the killers about the way they think, live and act by making the connection with their pasts.
As Adi goes more profound in his interviews, he encounters denial and fear in perpetrators. The documentary shows the struggles of emotions to confront his brother's murderers, and the silence surrounding him during the genocide.
