Plot

In an interview, famous actress known as Sharon Tate said that she had a nightmare where she and Jay Sebring were killed by slashing their throats. Sharon was pregnant and decided to go to her home after finishing the shooting of The Thirteen Chairs. She was happy as she was meeting Jay, her friend Abigail “Gibby” Folger, and Abigail’s boyfriend, Wojciech Frykowski. Her husband is Roman Polanski. He says that he will be with Sharon during the delivery of the baby. Currently, he is working on the script for his upcoming film, The Day Click to look into! >> Read More... of the Dolphin. Sharon tells Jay that she believes her husband is having an affair which Jay does not believe. Jay told her not to think about it. Sharon became angry about the fact that she did not know when Steven’s Parent was appointed as a new caretaker. There are many weird things are happening in her life. She is having nightmares too. What will happen to Sharon? What is the secret behind the house? The rest of the story deals with it.

Star Performance

Hilary Duff played as the lead actress in the film. She had got the role of Sharon Tate. Sharon’s unexpected death and the mystery behind her death were acceptable. The struggles to understand what is real and what imagination is portrayed in the movie. Jonathan Bennett is the main lead actor in the film. He has got the role of Jay Sebring. Jay was the ex of Sharon. He is portrayed as a supportive friend to help Sharon during her husband’s absence in her pregnancy. Tyler Johnson is the antagonist in the film. He was given the role of Tex Watson. The madness and craziness of the antagonist are what Tyler portrayed. All the other actors were as good as the main lead actors.

Analysis

The storyline of the film was great, creepy, horrifying, and scary. The film focus on the central theme of cult and how terrifying it is. The film is inspired by the real death of the Tate family. It fictionalized their actual deaths. This makes the story bizarre. The manipulation of actual death in a horror stories is worst way of script a film.  The scripting and storyline went of the worst way possible. The cinetomagraphy was okay with good editing. The horror nature in the film is maintained from the start till the end. Supernatural elements like the afterlife are shown in the movie. The background music and songs play a significant role in the movie. The dialogues were good in the film.
