Plot
The story revolves around a fairy princess who is also the main character of this film, her name is Marianne and after receiving a massive betrayal from her fiancé Roland, she decides to never fall in love. As the movie moves forward there comes a new character named Bog King who lives in the dark forest and coincidentally dislikes love as well. Marianne and Bog King’s world collides because of a love potion causing chaos. Later in the movie Marianne’s sister gets involved too and her name is Dawn and along with her an elf named Sunny gets involved too who was looking for a chance to win Dawn’s heart. While dealing with the potion’s effects and dangerous situations, Marianne and Bog King starts understanding each other better and realize they have a lot in common, later as the story approaches the end they admit their feelings for each other and try to find happiness together and other along with the main leads start discovering true love along the way.
Star Performance
The characters are computer generated and are known as toons or animated characters. The movie features a lot of fictional characters like elves, fairies and even denizens from the dark forest. The well execution of characters, expressions, movements, details, vibrant colors and mind-blowing animation made it more interesting to watch. The magical and captivating music is one of the most attractive factors of the film. It was used to deliver the emotions with traditional elements and modern twist. Different artists provided the voices for the characters in this movie. They very well brought the characters to life, but instead of appearing on screen they provided their magical vocals to the final product.
Analysis
Alan Cumming and Evan Rachel Wood brought the lead characters “Bog King and Marianne” to life with their voice. There are many song tracks in this movie and it helps the characters to convey their emotions more quickly and efficiently. The story is a good example of vibrant animation and positive messages which encouraging the viewers to look beyond the appearance.

Verdict
This movie is musically engaging and visually charming with a unique love and fantasy twist. The minimal character development and lack of a clear villain makes is less appealing to watch but overall it is very engaging and the ending comes with a deep moral. You should give it a try, it is a fun, radiating, full of adventure and lots of vibrant colors with catchy storytelling songs.
