Plot
There was a closeted gay teenager called Simon Spier. He lives in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. His parents, and friends are close with him. His best friends are Nick, Leah and newcomer Abby. Leah tells him that there is a confession in online about closeted gay, nicknamed Blue. Simson contacts Blue, and they become pretty close with each other. Simon contacts him by his nickname, Jacques. Their contact information was found by Martin. Martin blackmails Simon by spreading about his contacts with Blue. To prevent it, Simon had to help Martin win over Abby. What will happen to Simon? Who is Blue? Will Simon be able to find the genuine Blue? The rest of the story deals with it.
Star Performance
Nick Robinson, as Simon Spier, did an incredible performance in the film. His journey of struggles of a closeted gay teenager was brilliant. His detailing of the character was outstanding. His acting was perfect in the film. Katherine Langford, as Leah Burke, did a fantastic performance in the movie. She shows the nature of a friend who will help her friends in need. Her acting was factual and natural. One would hate Logan Miller, as Martin Addison, after watching this movie. That much impact he made in the whole movie. His appearance as the blackmailer was perfect in the film. Alexandra Shipp, as Abby Susso, did a remarkable performance in the movie. He was excellent in his role. His acting was excellent in the movie. All the other actors were as good as the main lead actors.
